Rising Costs of Health and Education

Education and health have always been two of the most hotly debated issues. The costs of these two areas have seemingly risen to a point where most normal people can't afford them. But the reasons for these rising costs are not what most may think. Maybe we should look at what's right instead of what's Dead Wrong before we come up with a solution.
